Today I followed the pace that was set by Garmin 305. I did 40 minutes of cycling on the stationary bike at an average heart rate of 153 and then upped it to 160+ bpm for about 10 minutes. My legs did feel a lot different when I got off the bike.
Did calisthenics for 30 minutes after cycling.
