This past week I went on one of the machines at the gym a couple of times and made a conscious effort to my heart rate within the bounds. Same thing for Saturday (jogged 2 miles) and Sunday (jogged 4 miles) - kept my heart rate within limits so that I don't max myself out. Thought that the Sunday run was already a little bit easier.
Plus my PF didn't hurt either...
