I have been eating a lot of nuts to get protein primarily and I was wondering if that's the cause of my current symptoms. I have resisted eating them since Thursday and am hoping that the symptoms go away. I felt "normal" today...

Otherwise, things have been getting a bit hectic! The move date is drawing closer and I have so much to do!! Still looking for people to rent the house. No luck thus far though I have not been too aggressive. Nothing has turned up as far as jobs go for me either. A huge consulting company has a pretty big presence in Tampa and a recruiter is trying to get me in there. Things are going slow though. Supposedly, Tampa is a booming city with a good jobs and so hopefully it's is just a matter of time. I am also trying to see if my current employer will allow me to work out of the companies facility in Tampa - but I don't have high hopes. Our CIO has said that IT people will pretty much all be based in either Cleveland or the disaster facility. This coming Thursday I am flying to Orlando and then driving to Tampa to check out the city and find a place to live.

Today, I participated in a 42 mile ride called "Ice Cream Odyssey". It was organized by the Medina Cycling Club. It was a gorgeous day - beautiful skies with perfect temperature...couldn't have asked for more. Saw a bunch of Team in Training folks at the ride. On July 29th, it's the Sweet Corn Challenge ride...kicked my butt last year...and not just mine but a lot of big-time TNT cyclists as well. I hope to do better this year. I am doing 50 miles and then we are going to the Team in Training annual picnic.
