I have been reading a lot of fitness magazines these days. Most of them are targeted for women but I like the exercises in those magazines much more than what I see in men's mags. Fitness, Shape and such have workouts that will make you lean and mean.
I have noticed a huge difference in my body shape compared to the guys that work out at the gym. However, I see more and more younger men amenable to do pilates, yoga, calisthenics and plyometrics.
