I was so upset at Fedex playing like *** that I took off cycling for about an hour. He whiled away 10 breakpoints in the first set!! What the ?? Anyway, he had that expression on his face that said that he had been defeated before the match really began. I think he needs to do a few things - be stronger physically so that he can attack the high ball on his backhand better. He also needs to be stronger in his mind when he plays Nadal on clay. Perhaps he can try out a few aggressive maneuvers in warm-up tournaments - with the understanding that he may lost that match. But the intel he might get out of that could be very useful - nothing else is working anyway!!
Trying out a new configuration with height and position of the seat on my bike. I lifted it about 1 cm and pushed it forward that much. I felt a big change in the way the muscles were being used...seemed like it the back AND the front muscles of my legs were being used equally as opposed to quads only. Felt I was riding faster but this was on the way back home after I had stopped to eat, change the seat position and stretch.
I was able to run on Saturday and bike on Sunday!
